In case anyone is still interested, this seems to be an issue with SVNKit 1.3.6 (and the 1.7 betas) and JDK6. I was also having the same issue using my beanstalk svn repo. I think the bug may be related to this report. Once you look more into it it's apparently a longstanding problem in JDK6 and that type of forced SSL connection from the server, though their solution did not work for me whatsoever (maybe I was totally doing it wrong).
So the 'solutions' as it were, are to: a. Develop with JDK7 b. Just start Eclipse with a 7.0 JVM (-vm parameter, continue developing with JDK6) c. Go back to SVNKit 1.3.5 (again continue using JDK6) d. Forget SVNKit altogether and use JavaHL (omg this is a whole new can of worms if you are using 64bit JVM) e.
Try adding that setting in eclipse.ini (I tried for hours. Still got the same error trying to use svn repo) I unfortunately went with option D for now.
The rest I tested and all worked as well (cept the last).

Reply by MattBendiksen692 on December 8, 2013 You shouldn't have to delete failed devices from Indigo at all. Just press the Define and Sync button in the device dialog and enter the new INSTEON address and start the sync process. Indigo will detect that you are placing a module and then automatically update links for that device and all devices that link to it. If this isn't working for you then please contact support so we can help you troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, there was a major change in the firmware version used in INSTEON modules (called i2cs) that makes them incompatible with the older PowerLinc model 2414U. The newer model 2413U is compatible with all INSTEON modules.
Note we are the software developers and have nothing to do with the hardware or firmware changes - all we can do is update and improve our software to support the latest firmware version, which we did for i2cs firmware years ago when it was released. So that i can save on electricity and return home to a comfortable setting.Cost is relative to what you get for it. Most people convenience is worth the cost of admission. The most important aspect of this program is that it has a very easy and Mac like interface. Therefore a very high wife approval.Again You get what you pay for Harvey. Reply by MattBendiksen692 on January 11, 2007 See this forum discussion thread about the price increase: Home automation is a very different market than the need to convert image file formats (GraphicConverter). You are going to have to spend a few hundred dollars on home automation hardware to get started, so that is already going to weed out folks that aren't really interested in home automation.
Indigo 2.0 may not be worth $200 for you, but I assure you it is to others. There are much less expensive home automation software applications out there - but they do far less. If they fit your needs, then by all means purchase one of those. That is not the market Indigo 2.0 is targeted towards. Regards, Matt.
